I purchased 200 pay as you go minutes from a tracfone retailer in Nov.2010. The minutes were posted to my account along with approx. 400 existing minutes. A month ago Tracfone deactivated my cellphone with the minutes and 8 months of time remaining. I called them and found they claimed the minutes had not been paid for. I checked my credit card account and found the receipt for the minutes and a payment receipt from the tracfone retailer. I have called them a number of times, but they refuse to activate my phone while demanding a second payment ($43.19) for for the purchased minutes. I refused to pay twice and have not been able to use my phone. Pls help.
