This Seam like a repeating thing with this compony Maybe one of the Stations will pick it up and do something about this. They Like To Take Orders And Get Your Money But Then they they take forever for you to get anything back .

I am commenting on the post from wayne bostian he has received his concrete and now will not pay Timothy's concrete and has just purchased his building May 25th. So if Eastern Outdoors is scamming people why would we go thru the trouble of sending concrete company out to do that part of it?? And Wayne why are you hiding from Timothy's concrete and not paying them?? Your concrete has been done for 2 weeks??? We are running behind and putting up buildings everyday...if you have any questions you are free to contact me at 336-629-3305. I am still here answering the phone calls not hiding....

gail, i am not hiding please understand i didnt want to get cheated out of my money,i want to pay tim but when no one at eastern can give me a date for my building and people are taking papers out on eastern because they dint have a building. i call you and you cant tell me nothing,all i ask is let me come and pick up my building and i will PAY YOU AND TIM IN CASH EVERY CENT I O,you told me in about 2 weeks it would be ready if not you would call me ,you have not called me.you also said you have nothing to do with the concrete so why would you hold my building ?? i just want someone to tell me WHEN my building will be here,or like i said i will come and pick it up myself and pay you in full in CASH ..

We do not schedule installation until the concrete is paid for Mr. Bostian. You were informed that when Timmy came out you were to pay him. So when that is taken care of we will schedule your installation. He is a contractor not affiliated with Eastern Outdoors.

ok gblair7707 I am commenting your post to wayne bostian my concrete HAS been paid to Timothy's Concrete and Finishing and my building has not been scheduled as of yet You have been telling me next week for how long ? It is funny how you will not return my calls but you can take the time to respond here . You want to talk about hiding I think Eastern Outdoors is doing the hiding from their customers .gblair7707 I have been asking you and or Jesse or Aaron to call and make this right . You got your deposit concrete pd for permits in hand . If this is a case of being behind I would like the names of the customers that have completed buildings for the past 2months or the last 2 weeks or this week .

I just got off the phone with the BBB They have received many complaints for this company Eastern Outdoors is giving them the run around also The BBB recomends everyone to file a report with the attorney general of nc If you can read this you can file On google attorney general nc file a complaint is right there We maybe had but lets help stop them go to your local tv stations and do the same

I knew something was up with Gail, she is always defending the guys. Now I know she is just as bad as they are and lies too. I actually thought Gail was nice until I found out she is the girlfriend. She is part of the scams. If they are so behind then why are they still advertising.

Been ther done that. I finally had to take them to Court, I won, and He still has not given me my money back.
Tomorrow I go to the Sherrif to get them to try and collect it. This has been a nightmare. But there are reputable businesses out the , I found one , and they did just what the said, now if Arron Black will just do the right thing and give me my money back this will finally be over.

I am commenting from the message left by Mr. Black. I just had my second court date with them and they didnt even bother to show up for court so the judge decided in my favor. They did finally come out and put up my building but didnt finish it so I took them to court over an agreement me and Jesse made and that his installers made. The judge told us we had one month to resolve it all. I called and got Jesse on the phone and he told me he would come out and finish it personally if the installers were not in the area. Guess what he wouldnt return my calls or never showed up. So now they owe me money to get my building finished which I will probably never see cause they are most likely going to jail soon which in my eyes wouldnt be a bad thing for all of us consumers out here. I have talked with a couple of other people that has bought buildings from these brothers and they all heard the same story I did that the building would be built in 3 weeks of signing the contract. I signed with them back the first of March and they finally built part of the building in July. But here it is almost September and it is still not completed and never will be by the people. If I was any of you go ahead and make you a court date and try and get your money back because the quality of there buildings they build is not very good and it is by far not being put up correctly cause there is not a level straight or true wall in my building.

Evidently Jesse has managed to get his brother Aaron in a lot of TROUBLE! This is not Jesse's first rodeo but this time he has used his brother--Aaron as his pawn. Jesse is a con artist, rip off man that takes your money and lies all he can. Aaron knew Jesse's game--did you ever wonder why the business is in Aaron's name with Jesse as his salesman. The reason they can not get the buildings put up is that they have spent the customers money and have not paid their suppliers. CORRECTION--they did pay their suppliers--it was just with bad checks. Now they have opened up another business using the name FIVE STAR BUILDINGS! BEWARE--FIVE STAR BUILDINGS is just a different name with the same thieves. What I do not understand is that "Peddler Post" and "Steals and Deals" are aware of the problem but continue to let them advertise and defraud customers? Do they hold some accountability and responsibility for continuing to enable a known con man to steal people's monies? Jesse Allen Black is on probation for taking customers money and not building their buildings. Wonder where his probation officer is to oversee that this does not occur again--but it already has happened again and is continuing to happen everyday. In Eastern Outdoors advertisement it says "A name you know you can trust"--WHAT A JOKE!!!
