not get what you pay for - custs not get correct furniture and rude c/s and not refunding returns as stand in contract

my name is Denise Eliot. My husband Chris and I in Sept 18 2010 wanted to buy a new dining room set. We don't have a lots of money but we got up in 6 months 700.00 we went to Linders in Laguna hill, CA. The Saleman Ken came up at the time we were looking then we saw the set on sale beautiful real wood DINNING ROOM SET Saleman Ken said America made here in American will we buy. we said we had cash with the delivery total $612.59. Ken said it can't be delivered till the week of 10-11-2010 so mean while I haven't heard a word so yesterday my husband Chris call and c/s which are the rude's people in the world said its not in the warehouse yet so "they" c/s resched for 10-23-10 I said no I have waited long enough so I call c/s got the run around, finally found out that they ship it for oversea Not in America so I went back to the store almost in tears sale men Antrio and David were so mean and rude said lady it just furniture but I worked hard for that money that you took for me with no dining set almost a month and you lie where furniture came from. told we to get out! so I when back to work crying when on line and almost fell out of my chair the complaints Linders have is so much check with the BBB and they are not regristed in Calif and grade an "F" so in the contact it said not deliver on signed delivery date(10-11-10week )
which is this week "will get full refund" when cancel. so after reading lots of unhappy people. we thought we will cancel and get our 612.59 before we get bad furniture because you don't get what is in the store( read under Linders furniture complaints on line) Chris call today was told we can cancel but they are keeping 10% handle fee WHAT HANDELING FEE I HAVE NOTHING AND THE FURNITURE ISN'T EVER BE SHIP FROM OVERSEA YET which all this time I was told its not made yet but c/s told my husband Chris because the handling fee is from the resch I DIDN'T RESCH THEY DID. SO THEY ARE GOING TO CHG US 10% FOR NOTHING. NOT FAIR! I feel like I and other heav be robbed by these people
please help! I am so scared they will not refund my hard earn money. By the way My husband works 3 jobs and I will over 55 hrs as a dispatch for cable company . and we had a son who is an 4.0 average at saddleback college taking ENVORONMENTAL STUDIES we are good people and this is not fair except this days of hard times thank you Denise Eliot
