Last November I cashed a check from Budget that I believed to be a rebate check. Just last week I received a payment due letter from Everyday Values. I received it because I had cancelled my stolen credit card and the company had apparently been unable to get to my account. When I called to find out who and what was Everyday Values and how did I sign up for it....I was told that I had cashed a check from Budget which signed me up for the club...Everyday Values. In tracing back in my bank statements I discovered they had been taking out $15.99 each month since then. What a scam...and I am not the only one who was fooled. I looked up the company on Google and find many folks have been scammed this way. Why can this scam go on? It is time people are warned about Budget and this Everyday Values conspiracy. Maybe we need to boycott Budget/ ...or get a class action suit going. At least, please, tell other folks about this scam.
