I signed up for Bidrack and quickly discovered it does not work with my computer, my anti-virus(norton) starts warning me about this site. I contacted them several times in the same day, with each person I spoke with giving me a different story. No body knows anything! I was given a phone no. that was supposedly their technical support, which turns out to be a Track Phone no., they are in no way affiliated with Bidrack. Long story short, I asked them for a refund, the one think they all agree with, is they do not give refunds. So I am out $59.00. They gave me $100. in free bids to appease me, but I cannot use their website on my computer, each time I do, it acts like I have a virus, and I have to reboot my computer. Worst experience I believe I have had so far online, just want to warn people to stay away or you will be making them rich, that seems to be how they make their money, off of stupid people like me. I have contacted Paypal to see if they will refund my money, I pray they are honest and do the right thing. Do yourself a favor, listen to the complaints and heed the warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
