ILD Teleservices, Inc. Complaint

Surprise! Surprise! My granddaughter had to call long distance from the Bahamas when her flight was delayed to arrange for changes in pick up and pet care due to late arrival. She was only able to call out collect. Somehow we received billing through our AT&T bill from ILD Teleservices, Inc. Two calls totaling 12 minutes, according to their records, totaling $107.13. When questioned, I was assured that they do not charge $8 per minute. Their charges are minimal, but there are connection fees, etc, etc. The bottom line equates to $8.93 per minute. Outrageous.
