Leatguard of Tennissee Knoxville Complaint

My 84-year-old mother asked for a complete gutter instulation on her house. When I complained that they left off a section of guttering, after promising to install it for 2 months, they said they wouldn't because it was her fault that she couldn't read the blueprint. She had signed off on the contract, but she told them a section was missing and they said they didn't send enough. Thier employee told her just as soon as they sent it, he would install it. She wasn't suppose to have trusted their employee. They said he talked out of school.
