800 Service Complaint

I receive 10's of calls weekly from 800 service (866-896-0918). When you answer the phone you get dead air. This service is to check the best time of day, day of the week for charities and telemarketers to call. Today Sunday, July 25, I have received 5 calls to this point. I will probably receive at least 2 more. Is there anything that can be done to eliminate this continued nuisance.
