Publisher's Clearing House Complaint

I receive a call this morning supposedly from Publishers Clearing house saying I had won $750,000.00. I was given a claim number 1972449 and a phone number to call, 352-308-3008. I was told that yes I had won $750,000.00, it would be delivered to me by Simone Clark at twelve noon today.
In order for me to get the check I would have to pay $500.00 for insurance and shipping. I told her I would not pay money to Win a prize and I would have a television station here when she delivered the check. I was told if I did not go by their rules I would not get the check. Then she hung up the phone.
