4 Women Only Complaint

I don't know why owners of health clubs are not required to maintain a clean atmosphere. I was getting dressed and one of the workers was emptying a trash can and a scorpion was under it. She freaked out. It was 10 minutes to closing so no one was around. There have been several insects in addition to a lot of mold in the shower and dressing area.

Doesn't the city inspect health clubs and have some kind of health code to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep.
