Ideal Image Complaint

In April 2009 I paid over $4,200 to have laser hair removed from my neck, chest, and stomach. Two and a half years later of sessions every 12 weeks, I still grow a LOT of hair on my neck, chest and stomach. I have been trying to get a refund from Ideal Image for over a month. They finally called and offered a $1,070 refund. They know the service did not work for me and yet still refuse to provide at least 75% of my money back.

When I agreed to laser hair removal, they stated that the hair would be removed permanently. They said I would not have any hair bumps either. I still get hair bumps and I still have to shave.

It is false to claim you never have to shave again, but I shave my weekly.
