stating that my order could not be filled because their lab was unable to fit lenses into the frames I sent.
A week later I received my frames back in the mail, but with NO REFUND!
I have called them repeatedly for the past 5 WEEKS trying to get my refund of $89.50.
I was told that my refund was mailed three weeks ago, however I have never received it and they can not tell me the date it was sent, leading me to believe it never was sent and every time I call the customer representative I get tells me that the person I need to speak with (which changes every time I call) is either already left for the day OR is out sick that day OR is on vacation for that week, etc., etc., etc.
I have been getting nothing but a runaround from this so-called "company" concerning my refund.
My advice to anyone contemplating using the services of this company...DON'T!!!
