All HVAC companies/ specific experience w/ANC of Endicott, NY Complaint

We have a 10 year old furnace that was installed by the same company that is repairing it. It is 10 yrs to the week and parts are covered under manufacturer warranty. The repair company wants $1,060.00 for a three hour repair. Does this sound like a scam or what?

We are at their mercy and they are taking full advantage.
Please do an in-depth investigative story on this subject.

First of all a 10yr old furnace should not be at the end of it's life. Second; $350.00hr??? for repairs?

Those were ANC heating solutions, either $1,060.00 (labor cost only) repair, or replace the whole furnace for $4,000.00.
