Good Morning, I'm a 66 yr. old male former vietnam combat marine veteran, 100% disabled in a wheelchair. I own a condo run by an inexperienced 5 member board of directors and a management company. Since March of 2010 I have been living in a mold infested condo from water sprinklers saturating my outside stucco wall with severe water intrusion under my hardwood flooring. There is also 2 inside walls leaking water from a bad roof. All these issues are the direct responsibility of the homeowners association to repair. From the severe exposure to mold spores my illness has be on-going for 22 months. Along with the mold exposure there have been a series of heart attacks and the latter resulting in an open heart surgery from all the emotional stress and extreme anxiety. All independent water incursion inspectors have identified the sprinklers, roof, concrete slab leaks as the source of water intake.
