I recently brought a couch from furniture mecca on 3/1/11. I was told the couch would be shipped to me on 3/3 but didn't receive it until 3/4 due to an accident with a truck. I get the couch into my apartment and it doesn't fit into my living room. I called the store 3/5 to explain to them that the couch would not fit into my living room and I needed to reselect a smaller couch. I was redirected to the store warehouse where I was scheduled for a pickup on 3/7. It is 3/12/2011 and I still haven't received a pickup. I called the store several times and I'm sent to voicemail. I also called the warehouse and I'm sent to voicemail that has a full inbox. I have tried to be patient but that has ran out. I have a couch standing up in my hallway waiting for a pickup. I have a serious issue when companies give their word that they are going to do something and don't do it. I am trying not to lose my cool but it is wearing thin. I do not want to go back to the store for fears that my anger will get in trouble.
