Store repeatedly runs ads everywhere showing vehicles as much as $5000.00 lower than any other dealership in the valley. THey print a very misleading disclaimer at the bottom stating that all vehicles are plus dealers adds. They then can make up what ever they want. The standard adds are a coat of wax, cost $20 tops, window ID etching cost $25 and windom tinting cost $80 then however they tell you those adds total $2495 which will be added to the price. Some vehicle also have the "I need to pay my rent, add" or anything else they feel they can get away with. I have called the store 4-5 times over a three week period I have spoken to all different salespersons. If you ask to speek to a sales manager they will more than likely tell you no, that they have the authority...
This is the most mis leading, group of false advertising liars that I have come across, they try to get you down to their store and likiing the vehicle then inside they slam you with all the adds.
Don't waist your time at their store it will only cost you more money than you could pay anywhere else.
The building fronts like it is a major franchise for mercedes, volvo, BMW and others. On the internet they front like they are an Isuzu dealership I don't know if they are but I would find it surprising if they were...
If you question the way they do business get ready for the Mafia style charm!
