200cash.com Complaint

200cash.com makes Delaware look bad!!! - Payday Loan

- Wilmington, Delaware
I was short of cash so I looked online for a payday loan. I applied with them and 5 minutes later I looked online and there were websites dedicated to 200cash.com scam. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel my application. They responded that they would still take 19$ from my account for applying. All the people on the scam website said they did this to them too and then they wait till you don't have the money in your account, so then the bank charges you 35$ for being overdrawn. That is exactly what they did. Are the banks in on the scam too? I've contacted the BBB, the Delaware Attorney General, Dept. Of Justice and I get nothing but fake responses. Who can I contact who will investigate this scam company? All these fake govt. agencies could be the start of cutting govt. spending because they aren't doing anything and they won't refer you to anyone who can. I don't know if they are all in on this scam but look online...200cash. comscam. If they haven't heard about it by now they should from someone who has the resourses to tell them and be heard. They don't hear me, you should ask them what's up with that?

P.S. I don't care if Delaware falls off the map as long as they allow companies like this to operate in their state...Boycott Delaware!!!
