Concrete company sends bad batch of concrete blames subgrade contamination which no one in the industry even at CAB who determine specifications and such for concrete. Then sends equipment and labor to remove concrete and leaves the rebar and rubble. Contractor has not installed doors has cut openings in the house. Boarded it up with plywood and during the coldest temps this year.
My boyfriend wanted to put two garage doors in an unfinished basement area of the house. Mr. Greg Phillips came highly recommended. My boyfriend told him the the driveway and doors must be serviceable by December 18th. Which was when the moving trucks were coming to deliver the furniture. My boyfriend also said if there wasn't enough time (if weather became an issue) to do the work just be sure the doors and gravel driveway are done.
My boyfriend walked down the driveway and left a footprint. We find out the driveway was actually poured on the 17th and they were finishing it early am on the 18th. So the moving company had to bring all items through the house on wooden floors.
Well the driveway started scaling. After removing the scales you could put your finger all the way through the cement they poured months afterward.
Thomas Concrete came out removed the concrete and so now our backyard is full of rubble, forms our house basement entries are still with chipboard and plastic.
