$1,300 Louis Vuitton Handbag Ruin within a Year! - Delight LV Handbag

On December 14, 2010, the Louis Vuitton handbag called the Delight handbag was purchased for me as a gift. I received the handbag in February 2011 as a gift for my birthday. The purchase price of the bag was $1,300. After noticing the material stretching and pulling away from its original form, I took the bag to the LV store in the King of Prussia store for evaluation. There was no doubt in my mind that this bag had some sort of manufacturer defect as I have never seen the material give like this before. Sue Candello took photos of the bag and explained that it takes 4 - 6 weeks for their Quality Evaulation. After calling Sue today for a status update, she initially suggested that I wait another week to 10 days, but at the same time offered that there was nothing that can be done as it appears the bag experienced extreme wear and tear. I followed up my phone call to the LV Customer SErvice department and spoke with Dell, who in turned called Sue and was given the same explanation. In the meantime, Paul, the GEneral Manager was to call me back within an half hour, but it's been an hour and still no phone call from Paul. Please contact me as I really need to make the consumers aware of the lack of quality in the LV bags and not to mention the lack of support in standing behind their products.
